This role serves as a key point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provides secondary support for recruitment and onboarding functions as needed.</span></p> <p><span>The HR Coordinator works under the direction of the HR Generalist and collaborates closely with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliant leave administration, and timely maintenance of employee records. HR Operations</span></b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Coordinate and support biweekly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely submission</span></li> <li><span>Maintain employee data related to hires, terminations, compensation changes, and job status in the HRIS</span></li> <li><span>Ensure accurate tracking of time and attendance, leave accruals, benefit deductions, and pay adjustments</span></li> <li><span>Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, timekeeping, and payroll deductions</span></li> <li><span>Assist with preparation of HR documentation and reports for audits, funders, and internal review</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>Leave Administration &amp;
